Our journey begins with competition-grade matcha from Yame in Fukuoka Prefecture, a region celebrated for producing some of Japan’s most exquisite teas. This spring-harvested matcha boasts a deep umami, an intense emerald color, and an exceptionally smooth texture that embodies the heart of Yame’s tea-growing legacy. To create a perfect fusion, we selected organic ginger from Vietnam, uniquely ground as finely as the matcha itself. This fine grind is the first of its kind, preserving the ginger’s invigorating warmth without compromising the matcha’s whisked foam.
